Oh yeah, before I got to return home to my daddy on Father's Day, we made a stop in the Big Easy, New Orleans!

Baby Vi in Cajun Country!

I have made it to two more states! Louisiana and Mississippi. During mom's class last Wednesday, I tried to appear studious while reading my books on the quad at the University of Alabama. For lunch, we visited the original Dreamland BBQ location near the university. After that, we made our way down to Lafayette, Louisiana. I swam in the pool, visited the Tabasco factory, saw a plantation home, and ate at some original Cajun restaurants with live music and traditional dancing!

For those of you who are familiar with my head-scoot, backwards crawl, I finally made it up on my hands and knees. But I haven't given up on the head-scoot; it's reserved for situations that require speed.
