Birthday Girl

Yesterday was my two week birthday! Dad got me some great Baby Einstein presents. One of the blocks has a mirror on it, and I made lots of funny faces when I was playing with it. I had a great day!

Daddy Day Care

Mom got a treat today and went to get her hair cut. She was gone for two and half hours with mamaw! I think they did some shopping while they were out, too. It was my first time alone at home with dad. We ate, burped, changed a diaper, and then watched golf together. It was so special!

Cruisin'

I "walked" my first mile today with mom and mamaw. The weather has cooled down and I love going outside in the evening. Aunt Cynthia gave me this awesome stroller so I can always have a smooth ride. Everyone in our complex is jealous of my sweet wheels. I attracted several neighbors today with my cuteness. Can you believe that I am a week old today?

Blast from the past

Papaw sends this from Tennessee.... not much has changed. Do you know who this baby is?

My first week at home

This is my first week at home. So far, I have had two baths. I watched the Auburn game with Dad on my first Saturday at the house.
Today, I had my first weight check. When I went home from the hospital, I weighed 5 pounds 12 ounces, and today I weighed 6 pounds (good news!). My birth weight was 6 pounds, 2 ounces and I am 19 1/2 inches long.
The cats are somewhat scared of me and we only stare at each other for now. My funny faces and smiles keep mom, dad and mamaw going for those middle-of-the-night feedings and diaper changes.
