Birthday Preview

It's hard to believe that Mommy started this blog almost two years ago... I'd love to know about your funniest/cutest/most precious memories that you have of me. You can write them here and Mommy will tell me about them in celebration of my fabulous two years of life!

100% Humidity

We are just adapting to the 111 degree heat index (thanks to the humidity) by staying in the water. Here we are at the Graduate Parent Support kick-off party at the university's rec pool. They have a lazy river and silly slide!

I love playing with our neighbors in the sprinkler...

...and taking outdoor baths =)

Pre-School Princess

Today was my first day of Pre-School! I used my napper at my old day care, so I thought that I needed it this morning. I was really excited and ready to go!

My teacher Ms. Meagan said that I blended right in with the rest of the class and that they were really impressed with all of the words that I could say so clearly. I did cry when Mommy left, but I was having fun with my new friends in no time.

Heading South...again

School is back in session and it's time for me to go back to Alabama where I will start my first pre-school next week. I will also start potty-training soon, so we will definitely keep you updated on how well (or how bad, haha) I am using the potty. No gross details or pictures, I promise, just a short note spread the news.

Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for driving to Tennessee to spend the day with me. I had such a great day, and am so thankful that you came to visit me!

Before heading back to Alabama, Mommy took me to her favorite restaurant in Knoxville, the Tomato Head.
I love putting stickers on, well, just about EVERYTHING! Daddy is such a good sport and let me play my sticker games with him. I love you, Dada!
Our cousin Jami (in the pink shirt) from Florida is going to be a new student at Alabama. Her family made time to meet us for lunch despite her very busy schedule. We wish her luck during her first few days of college.
