Having a ball during Fall!

Mommy and Daddy attended a wedding this past weekend in Memphis, Tennessee. Congratulations Darrell and Rachel! It is also their 2nd wedding anniversary on Tuesday, so they decided to have a weekend to themselves... Daddy had his eyes (and stomach) set on Gus's World Famous Fried Chicken, which he said was very delicious and recommends it to everyone.

I had a great weekend with Grandma and Grandpa while Mommy and Daddy were away. I have perfected the saying "uh oh" that I practiced often by throwing everything on the ground. It was the first cold weekend of the year, so Grandma and Grandpa helped keep me warm by getting me some new day-care clothes. Thank you!

This past Thursday, Mommy picked me up early from school and Daddy met us at the Fall Festival at Mommy's school. I loved running around in the open space of the gymnasium and listening to the DJ music. Avery and John Cyrus had their faces painted. Mommy and I did the cake walk but we didn't win anything.... we had better luck at the ping-pong ball toss booth.

I can't wait to meet Baby Caroline!

I had a big weekend! Here is a picture of Mommy and Daddy ALONE because I stayed with Mamaw and Paw for a few days while they enjoyed the fall weather, football and friends!

Baby Caroline is coming soon and Ms. Jenny made a surprise appearance at Ms. Cathy's baby shower.

Snuggle Time

I am the proud owner of a new crib mattress and gently used toddler bed (thank you Ms. Niki and Mr. Brian!). The pink blanket that I am sitting on is my napper from day care. Mommy and Daddy wash it on the weekends and use it to help me know when it's time to take my nap.

All of my friends are here with me! I like to read stories in my bed, too.

Not so peppy pep-rally

Football players, Aubie and the cheerleaders came to visit us at the day care for a big pep rally. Dad showed up to take some pictures. I think I like him better than Aubie.... but I looked really cute in my big girl jeans and "little tiger" tee-shirt! That's what matters, right girls?

I'm a big kid now!

I love eating my big girl lunch. I get to start using my training cutlery this week - yipee!!!! Mom finally caught me with a smile so check out my chompers. Grrrrrrrrrr.......

It's my 1st Birthday!

Mommy is reflecting on the past year.....

Dad picked me up early from school. We went to the humane society for me to pet the kitties and dogs, and then mom met us at Brewster's after school for ice cream!

This morning before school mom and dad woke me up with a cupcake and my first birthday song. I definitely preferred eating the cupcake over my bottle this morning!
