Happy Easter

Happy Easter Sunday everyone! My weekend was very busy as you can see. I did a charity "walk" with mom on Saturday morning, and then we went to see the Easter Bunny for the first time. Even Grandma came with me! I was so busy that mom didn't even notice that I had a bit of a fever, but I am feeling fine. My Easter dress from Mamaw and Paw fit perfectly, and I felt really beautiful at church today. I hope you all had a wonderful Easter, and don't forget the reason for the season! All my love ~Baby Vi

World Water Day

It just so happens that today is World Water Day (http://www.worldwaterday.org/) and I was also baptized today at church. I want to say THANK YOU to all my friends and family that came to support me today. It helped me to feel relaxed and happy, and I pulled off excellent behavior during the baptism ceremony - Thanks guys!

I went into my room this morning for a diaper change, and look what I found! A sleeping cat.... he did decide to pick up and leave when it was actually time to change my diaper though.

This week is spring break, so I will get to spend lots of time with mom and dad. It's also an important week for me because I am going to be baptized on Sunday- still deciding if I'm going to cry in church on that day or not.... Also, I need to say congratulations to my friend Cathy who will be walking down the aisle sometime in 2010. The Lepores love Cathy!

I had a great Valentine's weekend because Mamaw and Paw came to visit me. They brought lots of treats, and best of all I started really learning how to use my spoon and got to eat some of my first foods at meal time with the rest of the family. Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

I made my first visit to the zoo yesterday with mom and dad. It was such a beautiful day! We watched the zoo keepers feed the otters and the giraffes. We saw a giant rhino, an emperor monkey and lots of really big cats! After the zoo, we went to visit mommy and daddy's friends Angel and Jessica and I had tons of fun! Maybe I will work at the zoo someday =)
